Charlie D

Charlie D is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Employee Relations Manager for Foot Locker, Charlie leads complex workplace investigations and acts as a strategic partner to leadership on employee concerns. In addition to this role, Charlie is an Adjunct Lecturer at California State University, Los Angeles, imparting knowledge on various management topics.
