Chelsea Hart

Chelsea Hart is an accomplished professional with a strong background in strategy and investment. Currently serving as the Director of North America Strategy at Foot Locker since June 2024, Chelsea also holds a position as an Angel Investor with the SoGal Foundation since March 2021. Previously, Chelsea worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from August 2021 to May 2024, and as a Manager at Deloitte from January 2019 to June 2021. Chelsea began in the venture capital space as an intern at SoGal Ventures in late 2018, gaining valuable experience in early-stage investments with a focus on female-led initiatives. Chelsea Hart earned an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University.
