Dr. Leslie Allen

Dr. Leslie Allen, CFI, is an accomplished professional in loss prevention with extensive experience in various leadership roles at Foot Locker since January 2005, including Senior Director, Loss Prevention, and Director of Field Investigations. Prior experience includes serving in the United States Army as Military Police and Military Intelligence from June 1992 to June 2000, and working as District Loss Prevention Manager at Stein Mart from 1992 to 1997. Dr. Allen holds a Doctor of Criminal Justice degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Saint Leo University, completing studies there between 2019 and 2022, along with education from Howard University and Interlochen Center for the Arts.
