E Penaloza

E Penaloza has extensive experience in retail management and visual merchandising, currently serving as Senior Manager for Visual Merchandising & Operations at Foot Locker since June 2021. In this role, E Penaloza oversees over 50 stores, conducts inventories, trains store teams on operations and loss prevention topics, and participates in internal investigations. Prior experience includes serving as Store Manager at Champs Sports, where E Penaloza achieved notable awards for operational excellence and data capture. Previous roles include Assistant Department Manager of Shoes at Nordstrom Rack, Assistant Manager and Inventory Manager at Champs Sports, and Sales Associate at Hallmark Cards. E Penaloza also contributed as a Women's basketball coach at the University of Toronto Mississauga. E Penaloza holds an Ontario Advanced Diploma in Marketing from Sheridan College, earned between 2016 and 2018.
