Lauren Hayes is an accomplished professional in Learning & Development, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Learning & Development at Foot Locker since 2017, after a significant tenure at Ralph Lauren from 2005 to 2016 where various leadership roles were held, including Senior Director and Director of Retail Learning & Development. In these roles, Lauren Hayes successfully oversaw learning initiatives for over 9,000 employees across multiple retail divisions, developed comprehensive training curricula focusing on leadership and customer engagement, and managed significant global training programs.
