Michaela Ngatai Ross has extensive experience in the retail industry, particularly in footwear merchandising and buying. Since July 2012, Michaela has held multiple positions at Foot Locker, including Footwear Buyer, Associate Buyer, and Head Merchandiser, where responsibilities include managing a team for footwear allocations at Lady Foot Locker and SIX:02, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth, and collaborating with various teams to enhance sales and profits.
