Sunita McCoy

Sunita McCoy is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in quality assurance and management across various industries. Currently serving as Global Leader of Platform Quality Services at Foot Locker since August 2024, Sunita previously held the position of Global Head of Quality Management Office at Advance Auto Parts. With a robust background at MetLife as Director of Quality Assurance, Sunita led key initiatives for the $19B Group Benefits business and managed a substantial budget with a large international team. Additional roles at CIS by Deloitte, BB&T, Premiere Global Services, Perficient Inc., and Allstate showcase expertise in quality processes, project management, and system implementation. Sunita holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and advanced degrees in Software Engineering and Computer Information Systems from Illinois Institute of Technology.
