Dylan Richards

Dylan Richards is currently serving as the Data and Insights Manager at the Football Association of Wales since August 2022. Prior to this role, Dylan worked as an Associate at Nomura from October 2021 to July 2022, contributing to the EMEA Group Data Office with a focus on data governance, analysis, and transformation. From July 2019 to October 2021, Dylan was a Business Data Analyst at Kubrick Group, stationed on-site at Nomura. Earlier, Dylan began as a Trainee Business Data Analyst. Dylan holds a PGCE in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Nottingham (2016-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from the same institution (2013-2016).
