Frazer Findlay

Frazer Findlay is a seasoned sports scientist and strength and conditioning specialist with extensive experience in the football industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder and COO of EXRT AI since August 2023, Findlay also holds the position of Sports Scientist at the Football Association of Wales since October 2018. Previously, Findlay led sports science initiatives at Crystal Palace Football Club from December 2019 to March 2024 and was a fitness coach at Liverpool Football Club for a year. Additional roles include match analysis at ChyronHego and various positions at Millwall Football Club, Jerai Torres, and Liverpool John Moores University. Findlay’s academic credentials include a Master of Science in Strength and Conditioning from St Mary’s University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Liverpool John Moores University.
