James Holland

James Holland is a highly experienced professional in talent identification and recruitment within the football industry. Currently serving as the Senior National Talent Identification Manager at the Football Association of Wales since October 2022, James previously worked at Huddersfield Town Football Club from July 2016 to October 2022, holding the positions of Senior Scout (Full Time) and First Team Scout (Part Time). Prior to that, James was the Senior Employment & Enrichment Officer at UCFB for a brief period in early 2018 and served as a Recruitment Consultant at Sports Recruitment International from January 2015 to January 2018. James Holland holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography from Loughborough University, obtained between 2010 and 2013, and received education at Manchester Grammar School from 2002 to 2009.
