Owain Harries

Owain Harries serves as the National Teams Communications & Engagement Senior Manager at the Football Association of Wales since January 2018, having previously held roles as Communications & Engagement Manager and Media Executive within the organization. Prior to this, Owain worked as a Broadcast Journalist for BBC Sport Wales in 2017, where commentary and reporting were key responsibilities. Earlier career experience includes serving as the UK&I Account Delivery Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2013 to 2016, focusing on project management during a graduate scheme, and a Service Advisor role at a multi-brand dealership from 2007 to 2012. Owain holds a Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Cardiff University and two degrees from Swansea University in Business Management & Finance and Mobile Communications and Internet Technology.
