Rachel Williams

Rachel Williams is an experienced leader in inclusion and diversity with a notable career spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Inclusion and Diversity at the Football Foundation since October 2022, Rachel drives the Foundation's equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives. In addition, Rachel holds the position of Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Cornwall FA and previously worked as the Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program Manager at Degreed and as the Head of Inclusion and Diversity at the UK House of Lords, where the role was newly established. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Diversity and Inclusiveness Senior Associate at EY and a Member Engagement Manager at Inclusive Employers. Rachel's educational background includes an MA in Literatures of Modernity and a BA in English and Creative Writing, both from Royal Holloway, University of London.
