Mandy McCarter

Mandy McCarter currently serves as the Executive Manager of Marketing Engagement and Legacy at Football Victoria since December 2022. Mandy is also the Owner and Creative Director of Short Fuse, a Melbourne-based design studio, since April 2001, which specializes in providing innovative solutions for businesses across Australia. Previously, Mandy held positions at Melbourne Victory Football Club as the General Manager of Marketing, Media & Communications from December 2019 to November 2020, and as the Head of Marketing & Supporter Engagement from January 2016 to September 2018. Earlier career experience includes working as an Internet Producer at Southern Cross Austereo from 1999 to 2001 and as a Designer at Method + Madness from 1997 to 1999. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design from Curtin University, completed between 1996 and 1998.
