Kavitha Nair Bindra

Kavitha Nair Bindra serves as the Assistant Dean and Executive Director of Executive Education at the Yale School of Management, overseeing a $25 million portfolio of global learning programs since October 2019. Additionally, Kavitha holds the position of President of The Board of Trustees at The Foote School and is a member of the Board of Trustees for The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management, focusing on diversity and inclusion in business education. With a strong history at Yale SOM, Kavitha previously established the Alumni Relations division and held various roles within admissions. Prior experience includes senior finance roles at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and consulting positions at Deloitte and Aetna. Kavitha holds an MBA in Strategy from Yale School of Management and a BA in English from Wellesley College, with additional academic experience as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Oxford.
