Jeffrey Pillsbury is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Party Chef at Footers Catering since May 2016, and as Supervisor at Aerie Restaurant within Grand Traverse Resort and Spa since September 2017, Jeffrey also holds the position of Executive Chef at Riverwalk Taproom, a role commenced in June 2017. Jeffrey's culinary journey began with line cook positions at The Berkshire from November 2014 to May 2016 and Tommy Bahama's from 2011 to 2013. Educationally, Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts from Horry-Georgetown Technical College.
