Thuy Quach

Thuy Quach is currently working as an HR Specialist at Foothill-De Anza Community College District since July 2009. Prior to this role, Thuy has worked as an HR Technician at the same company and as an HR Assistant at Satellite Healthcare/WellBound. Thuy also has experience as a HR Assistant at San Jose Medical Group. Thuy holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from San Jose State University. Throughout Thuy's career, tasks have included recruitment and employment activities, onboarding, background checks, generating offer letters, conducting reference checks, exit interviews, and performance review processing. Thuy has also been involved in various HR-related tasks such as tracking TB status, payroll reconciliation, developing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as Title 5, FEHA, CA Ed Code, and EEO.
