David Szarka has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. David started their career with JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 1989, where they began as a branch worker before transitioning into the role of VP, HR Business Partner. In this role, they provided therapy to clients with co-occurring disorders and ensured compliance with clinical standards. David conducted chemical dependency evaluations and updated treatment plans. Later, David served as the Executive Director, overseeing mental health services and the organization's operations.
