Fernando Lares

Fernando Lares has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in engineering and management. Fernando started their career at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. as a Maintenance Engineer from February 2013 to February 2014. Fernando then moved on to Clover Wireless, where they worked as an Anodizing Process Engineer from July 2014 to January 2015. Following that, Fernando joined Footprint as a Process Engineer in January 2015, and later became a Senior Process Control Engineer from April 2015 to June 2016. Fernando briefly served as the Chief Engineer at Footprint from June 2016 to October 2016. Fernando then progressed to the role of Maintenance and Engineering Manager at Footprint from October 2016 to October 2021. In their next role at Footprint, they were an Engineering Manager from October 2021 to February 2023. Currently, Fernando holds the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Footprint, starting in February 2023.

Fernando Lares completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Calidad y productividad from Universidad Tecmilenio, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Ingeniería mecatrónica at Universidad Autónoma de Baja California from 2008 to 2012, earning a Licenciatura degree.
