Lauren Kay Weber, ACNP has a diverse background in strategy, development, leadership, and philanthropy. Lauren Kay is currently serving as the VP of Strategy and Development at For All Seasons, Inc. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director of CHARACTER COUNTS MID SHORE INC, where they successfully implemented a new strategic plan, completed a merger and acquisition process, and implemented financial management systems. Lauren also has experience as the Director of Development and Philanthropy at Wye River Upper School, President of Granger Coalition for Equity, and Founder and Principal Consultant of Lauren Kay Weber Services, LLC. Lauren Kay has also worked in project and team management at BYU Center for Teaching and Learning and served as the Communications and Development Manager at Leadership Arlington. Additionally, they have marketing experience as a Marketing Coordinator at Atticus, Inc.
Lauren Kay Weber, ACNP has a diverse education history. From 2021 to 2023, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leading Innovation and Change at York St. John University. Alongside this, from 2021 to 2022, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from the same institution. Prior to this, they attended Brigham Young University from 2009 to 2013, specializing in Ancient Near Eastern and Biblical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Additionally, from 2005 to 2008, Lauren studied Communication and Media Studies at American University.
In terms of certifications, Lauren holds an Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional (ACNP) certification obtained in May 2023 and a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) certification obtained in March 2023, both from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. Lauren Kay is also a Certified DISC Trainer and a Certified Professional Speaker, Coach, and Trainer, both obtained from the Maxwell Leadership Institute in August 2022. Further, Lauren completed the Dare to Lead Training from Dare to Lead™ Trained in April 2022. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Collaborative Problem Solving (Tier 1) from Think:Kids at Massachusetts General Hospital in September 2021 and in Youth Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Behavioral Health in April 2021.
