Sr. Director, E-commerce & Digital Strategy at For Love & Lemons

Katy Riley has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Katy began their career in 2009 as a Sales Associate at Sunset Tan. In 2011, they joined Wildfox as a Showroom Assistant, where they were responsible for managing various tasks such as sales appointment scheduling, organizing the showroom, and maintaining social media platforms. Katy then moved on to become the Manager of E-commerce Operations at Wildfox Couture, where they played a crucial role in leading the ecommerce business initiatives and creating a department that contributed significantly to the brand's success. In 2016, Katy joined For Love & Lemons as an Ecommerce/Digital Marketing Manager, and later progressed to become the Director of E-commerce & Digital Strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, overseeing the e-commerce and digital strategy for the company.

Katy Riley obtained their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Fashion Marketing from The Art Institute of California-Hollywood from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Klaviyo Product from Klaviyo in March 2021.
