Shunta Kaburaki

Shunta Kaburaki has extensive experience in recruitment and public affairs, currently serving as a recruiter in the Public Affairs Division of the Open Innovation Department at for Startups, Inc. since June 2020. Responsibilities include designing strategies for new graduate and mid-career hiring, managing candidate sourcing, implementing various recruitment platforms, and conducting interviews and events. Additionally, Shunta acts as a Human Capitalist to support the growth of startups. Starting January 2024, Shunta will take on the role of office staff at Fukuoka Growth Next. Previous experience includes a position in sales and recruitment at en-japan inc., working in enterprise sales and human resources. Shunta holds a Bachelor's degree in Comprehensive Cultural Policy from Aoyama Gakuin University and attended Aoyama Gakuin Senior High School.
