Elliot Baskas, CTS, DMC-E-4K has a diverse and extensive work experience in the audiovisual industry. Their most recent role was as an AV Engineer at For The Record (FTR) starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at AVI-SPL for seven years, from July 2013 to April 2020, as an A/V Systems Project Engineer. Elliot Baskas, CTS, DMC-E-4K has a diverse education history. From 1980 to 1981, they attended Emerson College where they studied Communications. Following that, from 1981 to 1983, they enrolled in Berklee College of Music. However, the degree type and field of study for these two schools remain unknown.

In terms of additional certifications, Elliot has obtained various credentials from different institutions. In 2019, they achieved the Qsys Level 2 certification from QSC, the Crestron DigitalMedia Networking Certification (DM-NVX-N) from Crestron Electronics, and the DM Certified Engineer - 4K (DMC-E-4K) certification, also from Crestron Electronics. In 2018, they obtained the Dante Certification Level 2 from Audinate and the DM NVX Design and Application (DM-NVX) certification from Crestron Electronics. Additionally, in 2017, Elliot received the Symetrix Composer Certification from Symetrix Inc. Furthermore, in 2013, they acquired certifications in Audia and Tesira from Biamp, and in 2011, they gained expertise in RoomMatch/PowerMatch from Bose Corporation. Lastly, in 1996, Elliot obtained the Modeler/Auditioner certification from Bose Corporation and in 2012, the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification from AVIXA.
