Alicia Wells has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Alicia began their career as a Sales Assistant at Country Road and later worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Noetic Group. In 2015, Alicia joined Henry Davis York as a Law Graduate and subsequently became a Lawyer in Projects. Alicia also worked as a Secondee at the Australian Human Rights Commission. Alicia then moved on to Norton Rose Fulbright as an Associate in the Construction & Engineering department. Alicia later joined Interserve as a Legal Counsel through Ashurst. In 2018, Alicia joined Ashurst as an Associate in Corporate Projects and eventually became a Solicitor in the same department. Alicia also had a brief fellowship at Startmate. In 2021, Alicia joined Forage as a Customer Success Manager and later became the GM, UK. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Customer Success at Forage. Alicia is also a Founding Member (UK) at Chief, an organization that supports women executives in leadership positions.

Alicia Wells obtained a Bachelor of Socio Legal Studies from the University of Sydney in 2011. Alicia then went on to complete a Juris Doctor degree in Law at The Australian National University from 2012 to 2014. In 2016, they obtained the certification of being admitted to practice law in NSW from The Law Society of NSW.
