Bass Khoury

Bass Khoury is an experienced executive in the retail and consumer goods sector, currently serving as the Head of Global Customer Success at ToolsGroup since August 2023. Khoury is also the Founder and Chief Advisor of RETiNA, LLC, which provides advisory services focused on retail technologies and intelligence. Previous roles include Head of Global Business Development at 1010data, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Retail Client Solutions at IRI, Chief Merchandising Officer at Natural Markets Food Group, and Division Merchandising Director at Sears Holdings Corporation. Notable earlier positions include leadership roles at Batter Blaster, The Partnering Group, Dollar General, and Ahold. Khoury holds a BBA in Marketing and Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business and completed executive programs at Cornell University and the University of Southern California.
