Mindy Farnsworth, SHRM-CP has over twenty years of experience in the workforce. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Clerk at Mail Boxes Etc., a Sales Representative/Mountain Shop at Sport Chalet, and a Sales Specialist/Customer Service at REI. In 2002, they became a Store Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company and then a Clerk at Coffee Roasters in 2001. From 2018 to 2021, Mindy worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at TechConnexion, where they specialized in Seed, Series A and Series B Tech Startups. During this time, they supported hiring in Seed Stage to Public Tech Companies and worked with Global hiring teams. In 2021, they became a Senior Technical Recruiter at Lightning AI, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment, updating the onboarding experience, onboarding for hiring managers, interview training, job description creation, interview process creation, skill assessment creation, expectation setting, pain-point management, and culture initiatives. Currently, Mindy is a People Operations Lead and Senior Technical Recruiter at Forage, where they provide payments infrastructure for government social programs.

Mindy Farnsworth, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Studies from Mt. San Antonio College. In July 2022, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
