Jillian Kernan, MS, RD, LDN

Jillian Kernan, MS, RD, LDN has over eight years of experience in the nutrition field. In 2022, they began working as a Registered Dietitian at Oliver-Pyatt Centers and as a Brand Ambassador at Forager Project. Jillian also began working as a Lead Dietitian at Morrison Healthcare that same year. In 2021, they were a Dietetic Intern at Valeria Mallet Nutrition, Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, Common Threads, and DeliverLean. In 2017, they were a Greeter at Hillstone Restaurant Group. From 2014-2017, they were a Student Restaurant Manager at The Rathskeller.

Jillian Kernan has an education history that includes a Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University (2019-2020), a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University (2017-2019), a Bachelor of Science in Health Science/Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami (2013-2016), and attendance at Manhattanville College (2011-2013) for Theatre/Theater. Jillian has also obtained certifications from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) (November 2021), ServSafe Manager (March 2021), and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association (November 2020).
