With experience in sales, help desk support, insurance consulting, and jewelry sales management, Joy has a background in customer service, sales, and leadership roles. Joy holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, a Certification in Make-Up Artistry, and is currently working towards an Associate's degree in Digital Marketing from HubSpot Academy.
