Rob Lacy

Vice President of Research & Development and Quality Assurance at Forager Project

Rob Lacy has over 10 years of experience in the food industry. Rob began their career in 2008 as an Enforcement Investigative Analysis Officer Intern at the USDA. In 2009, they joined ConAgra Foods as an Associate Food Scientist, and was later promoted to Food Scientist. In 2013, they moved to The WhiteWave Foods Company as a Food Scientist II, where they managed innovation projects from conception to commercialization for Silk brand. In 2015, they joined "I and love and you" pet care as a Product Development Manager, where they worked with the team to develop nimble and innovative processes to streamline product development and create amazing products for pet family members. In 2017, they joined Forager Project, where they have held the roles of Vice President of Research & Development and Quality Assurance, Director of Product Development and Quality Assurance, Director of Product Development and Senior Manager - Research & Development.

Rob Lacy has obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Food Science from Kansas State University, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Food Science and Technology from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
