Brand Ambassador at Forager Project

Woodlene Alexis has held various roles since 2006. Woodlene began their career as a Fifth Grade Teacher at the New York City Department of Education in 2006. In 2008, they moved to the Inner City Education Foundation as a Grade 5 Teacher, where they implemented instructional activities, identified and modified instructional resources, and assisted in assessing changing curricular needs. In 2010, they joined the Public Preparatory Network as a 5th Grade Teacher at Girls Prep Charter School. During this time, they designed and delivered interactive lesson plans, incorporated audio/visual technologies, and communicated effectively with students and their parents/guardians. In 2012, they took on roles as an Executive Assistant at The Center for Employment Opportunities and a Commercial Actress at CESD. Woodlene then worked as an Actress at Don Buchwald & Associates, Inc. from 2016 to 2021. In 2021, they became a Voice Over & Commercial Actress at Atlas Talent Agency. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Brand Ambassador at Forager Project, where they sample, educates, and proactively engages with consumers through key events, in-store demos, and partnerships. Woodlene also builds relationships with premium retailers and key partners within their region and develops new relationships with stores and partners to promote Forager Project. Additionally, they have been Self Employed at SAG-AFTRA since 2015.

Woodlene Alexis has a BA in Media Studies from Northeastern University, an MS in Education from City University of New York-Brooklyn College, and a Master of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Brooklyn College. Woodlene also attended Goldsmiths College, U. of London and the University of Ghana. In 2009, they obtained a Professional Teaching License Grades 1-6 from the New York State Education Department.
