Arnaldo Rodrigues

Arnaldo Rodrigues has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1993. Arnaldo started their career as a Project Manager for Pararede in 1993 and then moved to Ericsson in 1995 as a Product Manager. In 1998, they joined HLC Group as Operations Director, responsible for Sales and Marketing Teams. In 2000, they became Country Manager Networks Portugal for Motorola, responsible for the Motorola’s Networks business in Portugal and direct control of Portugal Telecom account team. Arnaldo then joined Cisco Systems in 2009 as Global Account Manager Portugal Telecom, with responsibility of +40M$/y revenue. In 2013, they moved to SDT Electrónica as Sales Director, responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve on a quarterly basis the company revenue goals (~50M€/y). In 2015, they became General Manager of LAIQ, reporting to the board of directors and administering a variety of business areas. Finally, in 2022, they joined Forall Phones as CEO, leading a team of solid, diversified, sustainable, technological and high-performance professionals.

Arnaldo Rodrigues obtained a Licenciate in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa between 1987 and 1992.
