Ryan Paugh has an extensive work experience spanning from 2007 to 2021. In 2007, they co-founded Brazen Technologies, Inc., a company that helps organizations create better engagement through chat-based online events. In 2010, they co-founded YEC, America's most elite entrepreneur organization. In 2015, they co-founded Community.co, and also became a Forbes Councils Co-Founder. In 2017, they became an author for Hachette Book Group, authoring the book "Superconnector: Stop Networking and Start Building Business Relationships that Matter". In 2019, they became a Co-Founder of the Business Journals Leadership Trust. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder of the Rolling Stone Culture Council. In 2021, they became a Co-Founder of the Fast Company Executive Board and the Newsweek Expert Forum.

Ryan Paugh attended Penn State University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a degree in Journalism with a focus in Business.
