Diane Goodman currently serves as the Sales and Customer Support Manager at Forbes Industries since May 2021. Prior to this role, Diane held various positions at Ventura Foods from May 2013 to March 2021, including Supply Chain Solutions Manager and Customer Service Manager, overseeing a team and leading training and process improvement initiatives. Diane's experience also includes serving as the Technical Support Manager at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from December 2010 to October 2012, where management of a technical support team and the implementation of a new ticketing system were key responsibilities. Earlier in Diane's career, at Nestlé from May 2001 to May 2010, supervision of up to 33 employees focused on managing major accounts and ensuring compliance with operational measurements.
