Helen Marsh is a seasoned commercial property solicitor with extensive experience in advising clients on a wide range of commercial property issues. Currently serving as a Commercial Property Partner at Forbes Solicitors since July 2019, Helen handles lease acquisitions, disposals, mid-term lease management, property purchases and sales, secured lending, auction properties, and pension properties. Prior to this, Helen held the position of Commercial Property Partner at HRC Law LLP and served as a Commercial Property Associate at KBL Solicitors, where their career began as a Trainee. Early career experience includes a leadership role in the residential remortgage department at Addleshaw Goddard. Helen is academically qualified with a Legal Practice Course with Distinction from The Nottingham Law School and an LLB Law (Honours) from Nottingham Trent University.
