Alexander Hagerup

Alexander Hagerup is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology executive with extensive experience in the accounting and financial intelligence sectors. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Vic.ai, Inc. since March 2017, Alexander has been instrumental in leading the development of autonomous accounting solutions. In addition, Alexander serves as an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council, providing insights on emerging technology trends since August 2018, and acts as an Investor and Advisor at the Katapult Accelerator, focusing on impactful ventures. As part of the leadership team for the SingularityU Oslo Chapter since December 2017, Alexander promotes the use of exponential technologies to address significant global challenges. Previously, Alexander founded and led The Online Backup Company AS, which became Europe's largest online backup service provider before its acquisition by j2 Global Inc. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from BI Norwegian Business School.
