George Elfond

George Elfond is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rallyware, where an innovative group engagement platform for organizations is being developed. Since May 2012, responsibilities include business strategy, sales, client relationships, team management, operations, and fundraising activities. George is an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council and a Partner at Agile Fuel, specializing in recruiting dedicated engineering teams. Previous experience includes a Senior Consultant role at L.E.K. Consulting, a Summer Associate position at Abris Capital Partners, and Managing Director at the International Council of Institutional Investors, where significant initiatives were undertaken to promote private equity investments in Eastern Europe. George holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, alongside dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
