Matteo Franceschetti

Matteo Franceschetti is the Co-Founder and CEO of Eight Sleep, a company known for its innovative Pod technology that improves sleep performance, utilized by professional athletes and high achievers to enhance sleep quality and monitor health. With a robust background in entrepreneurship, Matteo has also served as an official member of the Forbes Technology Council and as Co-Chair of FWD.us, advocating for immigration and education reform. Prior experience includes positions as a Network Partner at Microsoft BizSpark, Mentor at TechStars and NYU Summer Launchpad, and co-founding roles at GIR and Global Investment, which focused on renewable energy solutions. Matteo began their career as an Associate at Allen & Overy after obtaining a Law Degree from Università degli Studi di Ferrara and later participated in Y Combinator.
