VP, Benefits & HRIS at Forbes

Brooke Dunmore is the Executive Director of Benefits and HRIS at Forbes. Brooke has been with the company for over eight years, during which time they have held various positions in employee benefits. Brooke is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Forbes employee benefit program. Brooke also oversees leave programs, including FMLA, STD, LTD, and personal leaves of absence. In addition, Brooke works closely with the Tax and Finance Departments to complete benefit plan audits and serve as point person for all annual 5500 reporting.

Brooke Dunmore has a BA in Sociology from the University of Vermont and a certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in Group Benefits Associate. Brooke is currently employed by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans & The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania in the field of employee benefits.

They work with Erika Burho - VP, ForbesWomen, Sadé Muhammad - VP, Representation & Inclusion Practice, and Seth Boyarsky - VP, Compensation. Brooke Dunmore reports to Ali Intres, SVP, HR & Talent Management.
