Robbert Van De Griendt

Robbert is Head of Investor Relations & ESG.

At Forbion, Robbert is responsible for Fundraising and Investor Relations. He also leads Forbion's ESG and impact investing efforts.

Before joining Forbion Capital Partners, Robbert founded Accretion Capital Partners, advising asset managers structuring their products, raising funds for alternative asset classes, including Private Equity and Venture Capital, from Canadian and European institutions, family offices and accredited investors. Before launching his own firm, Robbert worked as partner at Virage Capital, a Canadian based consultancy providing services relating to the financing and formation of funds, companies and other investment vehicles. Prior to that, Robbert was partner at Neotech Capital, a venture capital firm specializing in incubation, helping start-ups thru early stages of investments.

Of Dutch origin, Robbert has over 20 year of experience living and working across multiple industries in Asia, Europe and North-America. He holds a degree in Business Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
