Suheid Saavedra

Suheid Saavedra possesses extensive experience in customer service and operational management within the logistics and international trade sectors. Currently serving as Supervisora de atención al cliente and Customer Service and Pricing Coordinator at Forbis Logistics since April 2017, Suheid previously held the role of Customer Service Supervisor at International Freight Shipping SAC from October 2008 to March 2017, where responsibilities included system administration for Edi Enterprise - Cargo Wise and optimizing operational processes. Further experience includes managing imports and exports at Importaciones Vivanco S.A. and providing technical support in the judicial system at Poder Judicial del Callao. Suheid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and various certifications in international trade, including courses in hazardous goods and internal auditing. Additional language proficiency includes advanced English and Portuguese studies.
