Karthik Damodaran

Karthik Damodaran serves as the Global Product Owner for HRIS SAP HCMS/SuccessFactors at Forbo Group since September 2023, driving HR technology initiatives globally while managing end-to-end implementations of the SuccessFactors Employee Central system. Previously, Karthik held the role of Senior HRIS Specialist at Tecan, overseeing SAP HCM applications and a hybrid SuccessFactors solution for a diverse employee base across multiple countries. Prior to that, Karthik worked at Capgemini Suisse SA as a Technical Architect and Senior Consultant, leading major projects for Swiss Re, including the implementation of digital learning and Time Management applications. Karthik began the career as a Senior Software Engineer at IGATE, providing support for various SAP HCMS modules. Karthik earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University.
