Beth Mulhall

Beth Mulhall currently serves as Vice President and Senior Underwriter for HUD Lending at Forbright Bank, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Beth held multiple positions at Greystone from May 2015 to May 2023, including FHA Deputy Chief Underwriter and MAP Certified FHA Underwriter. Previous experience includes Senior Portfolio Specialist at SunTrust Bank from April 2013 to April 2015 and Senior Portfolio Manager at KeyBank Real Estate Capital from July 2006 to April 2013. Beth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, graduating in 2006.
