Matthew Quale

Matthew Quale serves as the President of Digital Bank at Forbright Bank since January 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew was President of Bask Bank, where oversight led to the establishment of one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer digital banks in the United States. Matthew's experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at Texas Capital Bank, where responsibilities encompassed re-organizing the Consumer and Retail banking business and implementing a new technology infrastructure. Previous positions also include Chief Marketing Officer at Brighthouse Financial, where leadership facilitated a successful brand launch, and Vice President of Retail Marketing at MetLife, managing a significant marketing transformation during the company's spin-off. Matthew's early career includes roles at American Express, McKinsey & Company, The Coca-Cola Company, and General Mills. Educational qualifications include a BA in History from Princeton University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
