Evp, Chief Human Resources Officer at Forbright Bank

Randi Killen has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Randi is currently the EVP of Human Resources at Forbright Bank since February 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Member at Chief, a private network focused on empowering women in leadership positions, starting in July 2021. From October 2017 to January 2022, Randi served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Comstock Companies. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Bernstein Management Corporation from August 2014 to October 2017. Randi also served as an Executive Co-Chair and Executive Board Member at Human Resource Leadership Awards from June 2014 to June 2016. Randi began their career at CapitalSource/Pacific Western Bank, where they held various roles, including Senior Manager of Human Resources, Benefits and HRIS Professional, and Administrative Assistant from 2003 to 2014. Randi has a diverse background and a strong track record in driving organizational success through strategic HR initiatives.

Randi Killen, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, MBTI, has a strong educational background in human resources and business administration. In 2009-2010, Randi pursued a Masters degree in Human Resources Development at The George Washington University. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from Frostburg State University, with a concentration in Management and a focus on Human Resources.

In addition to their educational achievements, Randi has obtained various certifications. In February 2021, they received the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. Randi also holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, which they obtained in October 2015 from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
