Savanna Rains

Savanna Rains has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Beans and Rice, Inc. in 2018. Savanna then went on to work at Sylvan Learning as a Center Director and Director of Education from August 2019 to March 2020. After that, they joined MITRE as a Recruiting Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of HR Division Administrative Assistant from March 2020 to September 2021. Currently, Savanna is working at Forbright Bank as an IT Coordinator since September 2021 and has recently been promoted to the position of IT Manager in August 2022.

Savanna Rains completed their education in 2018 at Radford University, where they obtained a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Business Management and Psychology. In addition to their academic achievements, Savanna Rains has also obtained several certifications, including the ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver, and Support certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2023, the ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management certification from the same institution in October 2022, and the HDI Support Center Manager (SCM) certification from HDI in July 2022.
