Seth Rensberger

Seth Rensberger has a comprehensive work experience in internal audit and consulting roles. Seth is currently employed as the SVP, Director of Internal Audit at Forbright Bank since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at Clark Schaefer Consulting from 2015 to 2022, providing finance, control, and technology-related consulting services to various industries. Seth also served as VP - Internal Audit at First Financial Bank from 2013 to 2015 and as an Internal Audit Manager at CareSource Management Group in 2013. Seth had a previous stint at Clark Schaefer Consulting as a Manager from 2010 to 2013, where they primarily focused on internal audit and consulting services for healthcare, banking, investment, university, and insurance clients. Seth also worked as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2006 to 2009, conducting assessments and engagements related to Sarbanes-Oxley, SAS70, and COSO integrated risk-based internal audits. Seth started their career at Western & Southern Financial Group, where they held the positions of Internal Audit Director (2003-2006), Director (2005-2006), and Manager (2003-2005), being responsible for establishing audit policies, procedures, and risk-based methodologies. Seth also served as the Director of General Ledger Administration at Lincoln Financial Group from 1999 to 2003 and worked in internal audit roles from 1996 to 1999.

Seth Rensberger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Seth also obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree in Management & Information Systems from the same institution. In addition to their academic achievements, Seth has obtained the Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer™ (CDPSE™) certification from ISACA in July 2020. Seth is also pursuing certifications such as CISA, CISM, and CPA, although the completion status and institutions for these certifications are not provided.
