Prior experience includes serving as Sales Director for Australia and New Zealand at Datasite, and Senior Business Development Manager for Equifax, where expertise in HR platforms was developed. Ashley's career also entails significant roles in recruitment and finance, including positions at Redpath Partners, Oracle, Sabenza Recruitment, Robert Half International, Morgan McKinley, and Countrywide Plc. Ashley holds a BSC in Geography and Environmental Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
