Charlene Baillieul

Charlene Baillieul currently serves as the HR Manager at FORCE Communications-Powered by Petauri™ since February 2023. Previously, Charlene held the position of Director of Human Resources at Peak Community Services, Inc. from July 2022 to February 2023. Additional experience includes a role in customer service at Tempo Health Systems from March 2017 to July 2022, and as a Marketing Coordinator at TOPP Motorsports from October 2016 to March 2017. Charlene began their career as a Social Media/Marketing/Sales assistant at Rochester Homes, Inc. from May 2011 to September 2016, and worked as a Store Manager at Stage Stores from 2009 to 2011. Charlene earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Indiana State University between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development from the same institution from 2015 to 2018. Charlene also holds an Associate of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Vincennes University earned between 1998 and 2000.
