Corinne GUERMONT is the Référente Accompagnement at Force Femmes, focusing on assisting women over 45 years old in returning to employment. With a background in human resources and organizational psychology, Corinne has held various managerial and consulting positions at Orange for nearly two decades before their current role. Prior to Orange, Corinne also gained experience in recruitment and career counseling at Sofrecom, SERETE, and Bertin Technologies. Their educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Université Paris Cité.
