Marielle Andreani

Marielle Andreani is a certified professional coach, trainer, and facilitator specializing in local government expertise. Currently engaged with Nuances Coaching et Formation since January 2023, Marielle develops training programs on project management, team management, recruitment, facilitation, public speaking, and cultural aspects of public service. With extensive experience in various roles, including human resources management and professional development consulting, Marielle has been involved with Force Femmes since January 2019, providing individual coaching and leading professional development workshops. At the Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale (CNFPT) since September 2017, Marielle conducts both in-person and remote training sessions while facilitating organizational transformation and evolution in public entities.
