Nicole F. is a highly experienced professional in law enforcement and mental health, currently serving as a Staff Instructor and Realistic De-escalation Instructor at Force Science since July 2019. Previously, Nicole held the position of Law Enforcement Subject Matter Expert at VirTra and served as the Executive Director at Verde Valley Sanctuary. With nearly 17 years in law enforcement as a Police Sergeant for the Town of Clarkdale, Nicole possesses a strong background in public safety. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Professional Counseling, a postgraduate certificate in Human Factors Psychology, and a post-master's graduate certification in Trauma Counseling, all from Grand Canyon University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Public Safety Administration and Emergency Management.
